Product Overview
A women's sports bra developed from a reference design, built with two layers so the inner colour shows at the neckline. The reference is shown in deep green with a white inner layer for labels working on colour-block bras.
What the reference shows
A round neckline in two layers, wide shoulder straps, a wide underband with a visible stitch line, a deep U-shaped back opening, and a cropped length at the rib line.

Two-layer neckline
The neckline is built from two layers, so the inner layer reads as a fine band of colour along the front edge.
Halter neckline shape
The neckline is rounded and the shoulder straps run in towards the neck, which gives the bra a halter line rather than a straight square neck.
Wide underband
A wide band sits under the bust with a visible stitch line, so the bra holds its shape under the cups.
Deep U back
The back is cut into a deep U opening that leaves the shoulder blades free while the straps stay wide.

Development & Customization
The reference is a starting point. Layer construction, fit, colour and branding are confirmed with you during development, before bulk production.
Layer and colour blocking
The outer and inner layers can be set in different colours, and the depth of the exposed inner edge adjusted. Colour combinations are confirmed with lab dips.
Fit and grading
Neckline depth, strap width, underband height and the depth of the U back can all be changed. Grading is set after a fit sample is approved on live models across your size range.
Branding
A centre chest logo, woven label or heat transfer can be placed on the front panel or at the side of the underband.
Sampling checkpoints
Sampling checkpoints for this bra are how the two layers sit at the neckline, strap width, underband elasticity and recovery, depth and coverage of the U back, and a wear trial in the target size range. Sample rounds and fit approval are completed before bulk production, and no test result is claimed before it is verified.
