What the reference shows
A wide self fabric waistband that sits high on the waist with a curved seam across the hip, a vertical gathered seam at the centre back of the seat, a plain body with no print applied, and a mid-thigh leg with a clean hem.

The leg finishes at the mid-thigh with a clean hem, which keeps coverage through the stride without a long short.
